1. LICENSE GRANT

Ilcons.com (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display the digital illustrations (“Licensed Material”) obtained from ilcons.com under the terms and conditions set forth in this Standard Commercial License (“License”).

2. PERMITTED USES

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you may use the Licensed Material in the following ways:

In digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and presentations.
As part of commercial projects, such as marketing materials, product designs, and business presentations.
In personal and commercial projects for yourself or for clients, provided that the Licensed Material is not resold or redistributed on a stand-alone basis.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make available the Licensed Material as a stand-alone file or in a way that allows others to extract, redistribute, or access the Licensed Material as a separate file.
Use the Licensed Material in any manner that is defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
Claim ownership of the Licensed Material or represent it as your own work.
Use the Licensed Material in any trademark, logo, or service mark without prior written permission from Licensor.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Material, including any intellectual property rights, remain with Licensor. This License does not transfer any ownership rights in the Licensed Material to you.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Licensed Material or any breach of this License.

6. TERMINATION

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Licensed Material and destroy any copies in your possession or control.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Licensed Material is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the Licensed Material will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Licensed Material, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the use of the Licensed Material and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
